LOL, even your typos are interesting to read....

This is only one piece of your bigger picture....nobody is one dimensional, there's always a bunch of interesting parts that make up a whole being.....That said, there's something of merit in all this as well as in all the other aspects of your unique life, it may not be the main thing in your life but it still deserves a stab or a jab from you now and then ~ the voice of reason reminding people that WLS isn't always the berries (ok, bad pun).....

It's hard to have to face the barrage of illness' that pop up since your surgery, it's even harder to have to think/talk/dwell on it all the rest of the time, too....it's way to sad, when deep down inside you are a happy person.....so yeah, I totally get it....

For what it's worth tho, this piece is important too....so it's good to hear you'll be sticking your head in here and reminding people there's more to the WLS story than most people are handing out to the masses ;)

Hey girl,

Yeah I'm different, but I still take my vitamins everyday even though I know they don't do anything for me...So that is why I posed the question if you do take them everyday are they really working or are you like me? Heck, who knows and you know me I'm curious and have to ask questions...:)

I know you\'re a special situation, but for me, I don\'t think I could make it with my vitamins. But then again, I\'ve never wanted to test that theory. I\'ve been faithful to take everything I\'m supposed to take since my surgery, and my lab work is better than it\'s ever been. I was pretty healthy pre-surg - I didn\'t have the co-morbidities that many obese people have. But my labs have never looked this good! I credit the weight loss, the exercise, and the vitamin regimen for this. I have also heard of other WLS patients who have skipped a day on their vitamins, and they reported feeling listless and depressed (as you mentioned) until they got back on routine. Besides, I\'m a firm believer that vitamins are not just for WLS patients. EVERYONE should have a good vitamin regimen. It\'s just smart. (And I\'m so glad you got juiced and that you\'re feeling better. I miss your face!)

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. . . Have they ever checked your thyroid? I know it sure makes a difference in one's energy level, as well as other things, just a thought. . . hang in there!

Only the equivalent of 115? That's 35 more opportunities than I figured......

I hope you took the diseased parts way far away in a plastic bag........but you are ok as long as you aren't feeding meat to any of them, with a fork.....*cue Lurch's groan, insert right here*......

Funny that you brought up the whole Morticia thing, because I did have to clip some of the heads off, cause they are diseased and we have to stop the spreading before it infects all of it...I know weird isn't it, cause I never knew that roses could get sick...

So true about the sunscreen...I have Oil of Olay 15 spf and Neutrogena 100 Spf...LMAO!!

You know me way to well...I will send pictures to you...

Lookitchu, being all naturey and stuff.....I must admit that in the middle of reading all of that I had a "flash of a mental image"; of Morticia from the Adams family.....

Of course you won't get any color or any vitamins if you are buried under 150 sunscreen and a big huge hat....

Must send me pix of the roses, cuz I love roses.....assuming you didn't trim them with the Morticia method, that is......
