Now this is new…

I’m wondering if anyone has any thoughts on what is happening here…Again, we all know I’m taking Glyset for my severe low sugar issues…I take Glyset 3 times a day a 1/2 hour before I eat my meals because it’s “suppose”(rather it really does is another story) to slow down the digestive system so your body just doesn’t get dumped with food and it can’t break down the sugar…It seemed to be working until a couple of days ago and the strangest thing started happening…

Here are some examples…

Last night after eating my sugar raised to 130 which isn’t high but I started getting that feeling when your blood sugar is really up…I couldn’t grasp words or put a simple sentence together..My mind got that fogginess that you get when it’s off the charts, and really mine wasn’t…So my husband ran and got me some water and started walking which seemed to help.

A couple of days ago, I had nothing but protein all day…Well my sugar jumped to 170 and again I experienced the fogginess and speech slurring etc…

Now I know they say nothing is wrong with my heart, so that is out with the speech problems…But what I don’t get is, why I’m having somewhat high sugar and it’s making me act like I’m drunk…I know I should be in a good range of 100-120 for my sugar, so this doesn’t make any sense to me…

So if you have any thoughts, please share…Nothing is stupid because maybe someone else is experiencing this as well…
